Is KinderLink ZATCA-compliant?
Yes. Tax invoices generated by the admin portal meet ZATCA requirements — VAT, QR code, and sequential numbering — with no third-party integration needed.
How is each childcare center's data kept separate?
Every childcare center runs as its own user. Access is scoped to your license on every request, so one childcare center can never see another's children, messages, photos, or invoices — even if a parent's phone number was once used elsewhere.
How do parents sign in?
Parents are invited by phone number. They receive an SMS with a 6-digit code, verify it once, and they're in. No passwords to manage. The same flow works whether they use iOS, Android, or the web.
Can teachers use it without training?
Yes. Logging an activity is two taps — pick a type, add a photo if you want, hit send. Most teachers are independent inside an hour.
