Can we run more than one branch?
Yes. All your branches live under one license with shared oversight — one portal shows check-ins, staff, and payments across every site, and children can move between branches without re-enrollment.
How is each center's data kept separate?
Every childcare center runs as its own license. Access is scoped to your license on every request, so one center can never see another's children, messages, photos, or payments — even if a parent's phone number was once used elsewhere.
How do parents sign in?
Parents are invited by phone number. They receive an SMS with a 6-digit code, verify it once, and they're in. No passwords to manage. The same flow works on iOS, Android, and the web.
Can teachers use it without training?
Yes. Logging an activity is two taps — pick a type, add a photo if you want, hit send. Most teachers are independent inside an hour.
