What is a childcare management platform?
A childcare management platform is one system for everything a center runs on day to day: child and staff attendance, daily diaries and activities, communication with parents, and invoicing and collections. KinderLink delivers that through mobile apps for parents, teachers and managers, plus a web admin portal for the office — in Arabic and English.
Does it work for daycares, kindergartens and home-based nurseries?
Yes. KinderLink runs nurseries, daycares, kindergartens, early learning centers and home-based childcare — from a single classroom to a chain of branches. Classes, age groups, working hours and billing are all configured to match how your center operates.
Are the invoices tax invoices, and do they meet Saudi e-invoicing requirements?
Invoices are issued as tax invoices carrying the seller details, VAT number, VAT amount and the QR code, and are sent to the parent in one click along with a payment slip.
Can we run more than one branch?
Yes. All your branches live under one license with shared oversight — one portal shows check-ins, staff, and payments across every site, and children can move between branches without re-enrollment.
How is each center's data kept separate?
Every childcare center runs as its own license. Access is scoped to your license on every request, so one center can never see another's children, messages, photos, or payments — even if a parent's phone number was once used elsewhere.
How do parents sign in, and does the app work on iPhone and Android?
Parents are invited by phone number. They receive an SMS with a 6-digit code, verify it once, and they're in — no passwords to manage. The app is available on iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play), and the same flow works on the web.
Can teachers use it without training?
Yes. Logging an activity is two taps — pick a type, add a photo if you want, hit send. Most teachers are independent inside an hour, and we run a training session at go-live.
