Invoices are issued as tax invoices carrying the seller details, VAT number, VAT amount and the QR code, and are sent to the parent in one click along with a payment slip. Through our Wafeq integration, invoices are filed with ZATCA's Fatoora platform.

The parent receives a payment slip, transfers the amount by bank, and uploads the transfer receipt from the app; the payment is then matched in the portal, with partial payments and family credit supported. Parents can also pay by card straight from the app.

Every center gets its own online registration form, with a link and a QR code — share it on WhatsApp or Instagram, or print it at reception. Parents open a page carrying your logo and fill in the child's details from their phone, no app or account needed; they receive a reference number, and the application appears in your admissions list. You can close and reopen registration at any time.

Parents are invited by phone number. They receive an SMS with a 6-digit code, verify it once, and they're in — no passwords to manage. The app is available on iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play), and the same flow works on the web.

Yes. Logging an activity is two taps — pick a type, add a photo if you want, hit send. Most teachers are independent inside an hour, and we run a training session at go-live.

Teachers scan the branch's QR code from their app when they arrive and when they leave. The staff attendance report in the admin portal shows days present, late arrivals, absences and hours worked for each staff member, for any period.

Yes. Plan the week day by day, with times and learning areas; save any week as a template and reuse it; plans stay in draft until you publish them to parents.

The teacher writes an observation about the child, KL AI suggests the growth area and the closest milestone for the child's age, then the teacher sets the status: Achieved, Developing or Not yet. Parents see the growth record for each area in the app, and a report of achieved milestones exports as a PDF.
